This is a spectacular museum housed in old palaces in the El Borne part of Barcelona

Catalan History and Culture.  After all Barcelona is the capital of Catalunya

Part of the Patisserie school, it is a marvelous example of the skill of these chefs.  

Catalan National Art Museum  

Museum of European Modern Art  (Musee Europa D'Arte Moderna)
