This large Barcelona apartment is very well located in the Eixample Izquierda district, (the centre of the city). The bright & light decor & furnishings give the apartment a Mediterranean feel. There are 3 bedrooms - a double bedroom with comfortable double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds & a single bed (+ an extra put-up bed for a 4th person, if required). There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath, shower and bidet and the 2nd has a power massage shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals in, with a dining table in the spacious dining room to enjoy your meals at. There are also 2 balconies here looking out over the street. There is air-conditioning & heating in the apartment, plus a safe box where you can store all your valuables.

This part of Barcelona is known as Eixample izquerda and is well known for it's restaurants and cool chic. Many of the restaurants here offer stupendous value, particularly if booked through the restaurant equivalent of this website (Ask us for more details). It is close to Passeig de Gracia (also known as Paseo de Gracia) which is full of designer shops. A wide street, it is superb for window shopping and people watching even if you are not buying in shops like Jimmy Choos, Gucci, Tiffanys etc. (See our guide to Barcelona at the top of the page for details on shopping in Barcelona). Between the apartment and Passeig de Gracia lies Rambla de Catalunya. This street, famous for it's Tapas bars, runs into Placa Catalunya and onto the Las Ramblas. It is a 5 minute Metro ride to the port, Montjuic or the Sagrada Famillia from here.
