A superb apartment of 145sqm for up to 13 people in central Barcelona, just 1 minute walk from Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and the famous Paseo de Gracia designer shopping street. The apartment has been fully renovated, refurbished & is well equipped for your stay in Barcelona.
There are 4 bedrooms - one with 4 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and both bedrooms overlook a courtyard, plus there is a bedroom with 3 single beds and a put-up bed too.
There are 2 bathrooms equipped with showers.
The living room is nicely decorated with a sofa bed, plus there is access to the balcony, ideal for relaxing on in the evening with a copa de cava after a busy day of sightseeing. There is a nice cozy dining room with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. Here you can sit & enjoy your home cooked meals. It has a dining table, 10 chairs and The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self catering holidays. The local area has a supermarket (plus the famous Boqueria market 10 mins away) where you can buy fresh ingredients for cooking and enjoying your own local cuisine. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and shops all around this neighbourhood, where you will surely be spoilt for choice when eating out!
