The apartment is in the Sagrada Familia district, and it is the neighbourhood home of the world famous Gaudi Sagrada Familia Cathedral. You can look at the Cathedral from the apartment living room and enjoy the view that way also.
Another interesting place to visit for those who love Gaudis work, is Parc Guell, near Gracia. It is not far, but I recommend to take a bus, because it is up hill.

Gaudi had also managed to build various architectural masterpieces all over Barcelona. There are two famous buildings, just three stations away. If you take the metro, get off at Passeig de Gracia, and walk for a few minutes to see La Pedrera and Casa Batllo.

Sagrada familia also has other beautiful surroundings worth visiting. If you take a walk along the Gaudi Avenue upwards towards the hill, you will find Hospital Sant Pau another extraodinary building and further along Avenida Gaudi you can find lots of Cafes and Restaurants.
