When you rent an apartment or flat with Barcelona Flats you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Barcelona Flats ask you to confirm to us by email your anticipated time of arrival and method of arrival (plane, boat, train, donkey etc) to checkin@flats-solutions.com so that we can make your check in to your flat or apartment as easy as possible.
Check In On the day of your arrival we ask you to phone Barcelona Flats once you have collected your bags at the airport or, if driving, as you approach Barcelona. We will then arrange for a Barcelona Flats person to meet you promptly at your apartment or flat. The contact number to let us know when you arrive in Barcelona is + 34 652 945 570.
